1. Booking Policy

• All safari bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and verification of visitor details.
• Visitors must provide accurate information, including full name, age, gender, and a valid government-issued ID for each guest.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation or denial of entry without a refund.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any applicable government taxes, permit fees, or service charges will be included as mentioned during the booking process.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Government permit fees and other non-refundable charges may not be refunded.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank policies.

4. Safari Timings

• Visitors are required to report at the designated meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled safari.
• Late arrivals may miss the safari and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Safari timings may change due to weather conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements.

5. Visitor Responsibilities

Visitors agree to:

• Carry the same valid ID proof used during booking.
• Follow all instructions given by guides and forest authorities.
• Wear the provided life jacket during boat safaris whenever instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and avoid littering.
• Respect wildlife and maintain a safe distance from animals.
• Avoid loud music, shouting, or disturbing the natural environment.
• Not consume alcohol or illegal substances during the safari.

6. Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife sightings depend on natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Royal Jungle Safari does not guarantee sightings of Gharials, Gangetic dolphins, birds, crocodiles, or any other wildlife species.

7. Safety

Visitors participate in the safari at their own risk. While every reasonable safety measure is taken, Royal Jungle Safari shall not be responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, delays, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

8. Weather & Government Restrictions

Safaris may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to:

• Bad weather
• River conditions
• Government orders
• Forest department restrictions
• Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, bookings will be handled according to the applicable refund or rescheduling policy.

9. Personal Belongings

Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. Royal Jungle Safari is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the tour.

10. Photography

Photography is permitted unless restricted by forest authorities. The use of drones or professional filming equipment may require prior approval from the concerned authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Royal Jungle Safari and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

13. Limitation of Liability

Royal Jungle Safari acts as a booking and tour service provider. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, safari services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
