Cancellation Policy

All guests are requested to report at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled safari departure. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a No Show.

Government Permit & Safari Fees

Safari permits are issued by the concerned government authorities.

Once a government safari permit has been issued, the permit fee is non-refundable, even if the booking is cancelled, modified, or the guest does not arrive for the safari.

Monsoon & Weather Policy

If the safari is cancelled due to:

• Heavy rainfall
• Unsafe river conditions
• Forest Department restrictions
• Government orders
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Guests may be offered:

• Rescheduling to the next available date (subject to availability), or
• A refund after deducting any non-refundable government permit fees and applicable service charges.

Current or Same-Day Bookings

For bookings made on the same day or shortly before the safari:

• Guests must carry the booking confirmation and a valid government-issued ID.
• If the guest fails to report at the boarding point before the reporting time, the booking will be treated as a No Show.
• No refund or rescheduling will be provided for missed same-day bookings.

Hotel & Tour Package Cancellation

For packages that include accommodation, transportation, or other travel services, the following cancellation charges may apply:

• 30 days or more before arrival: No cancellation charges (excluding government permit fees).
• 15–30 days before arrival: 40% cancellation charges.
• 7–15 days before arrival: 60% cancellation charges.
• 48 hours–7 days before arrival: 75% cancellation charges.
• Less than 48 hours or No Show: No refund.

Hotel cancellation policies may vary depending on the accommodation provider.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following situations:

• Safari booking could not be confirmed due to non-availability.
• Payment was successfully received, but the booking failed because of a technical issue.
• Royal Jungle Safari cancels the booking due to operational reasons.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking process.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

• Government permit fees
• Booking and convenience charges
• Payment gateway charges
• Taxes, where applicable
• Service charges already incurred

Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife sightings depend entirely on natural conditions. Sightings of Gharials, Gangetic Dolphins, crocodiles, turtles, migratory birds, or any other wildlife cannot be guaranteed and are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.

Important Information

• Visitors must provide accurate details, including name, age, gender, and a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking.
• Incorrect information may result in booking cancellation or denial of entry without any refund.
• Royal Jungle Safari reserves the right to modify safari schedules due to operational, weather, or government-related reasons.

Royal Jungle Safari is a private travel and safari booking company. We are not affiliated with or authorized by the Forest Department or any government authority.
